Counter Sales Specialist
Description
We are looking for a talented COUNTER SALES SPECIALIST to join our team specializing in SALES for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG, SOUTH AFRICA.
In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:
Supports sales team through reporting, system administration and internal & external data analyses by executing and supporting selected activities under limited supervision.
Consolidates and distributes sales reports where reporting tasks are repetitive and well documented, under limited supervision. Gathers and consolidates data from others through existing templates and provides as forecasting input.
Runs repetitive and ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g. salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal).
Periodically reviews the user-entered data hosted on the systems to ensure completeness under limited supervision.
Conducts ad-hoc and repetitive analyses on external sources (e.g. Polk, Dodge, RigDig, etc.).
Compiles relevant competitive data from varying resources under limited supervision.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

Assist/Support other Parts Department segments e.g. X-Border, Mining, Counter and Direct Shipment
